Rohmaterial Prozess<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Prozess beginnt mit der Aufbereitung des Rohmaterials. Flugasche oder Sand wird \u00fcber F\u00f6rderb\u00e4nder zu einer Kugelm\u00fchle transportiert und dort gemahlen. Nach dem Mahlen wird der entstandene Schlamm zur weiteren Verwendung in einen Schlammspeichertank gepumpt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">2. Dosieren und Mischen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalk und Zement werden zu einer Trockenpulverwaage bef\u00f6rdert und dort genau gemessen. Der Schlamm aus dem Lagertank wird ebenfalls zu einer automatischen Waage gepumpt. Diese abgemessenen Materialien werden dann in einem Mischer gemischt und in Formen gegossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">2. Gie\u00dfen, Sp\u00fclen und Vorh\u00e4rtung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der gemischte Schlamm wird in Formen gegossen, die dann in einen Aush\u00e4rteraum mit einer Temperatur von 50 - 70 \u00b0C gebracht werden. Nach 2 - 3 Stunden Vorh\u00e4rtung beginnen die Bl\u00f6cke zu erstarren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">3. Entformung und Schneiden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit einem Umlenkkran werden die Form und der Block zur Entformung auf einen Schneidewagen bef\u00f6rdert. Der Schneidewagen transportiert den Block dann zu einer Reihe von Schneidemaschinen, darunter Horizontal-, Vertikal- und Zweiseitenschneidemaschinen. In diesem Stadium wird auch das obere Abfallmaterial entfernt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">4. Autoklavieren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die geschnittenen Halbfabrikate werden vor dem Autoklaven gruppiert. Eine Hebemaschine oder ein Schlepper transportiert dann die mit den Bl\u00f6cken beladenen Dampfwagen in den Autoklaven zur Dampfbehandlung, die in der Regel 10 bis 12 Stunden dauert. Durch dieses Verfahren wird die Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit der Porenbetonbl\u00f6cke erheblich verbessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">5. Verpacken und Verladen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald die Bl\u00f6cke aus dem Autoklaven heraus sind, werden sie mit einer Trennmaschine Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht getrennt. Die fertigen Produkte werden dann mit einem Tragb\u00fcgel eingespannt und auf einer Verpackungslinie auf Holzpaletten abgelegt. Schlie\u00dflich werden die verpackten Produkte mit Gabelstaplern zum Lagerplatz transportiert, wo sie entsprechend den Spezifikationen gestapelt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
