Traitement des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res<\/strong>: Le sable est concass\u00e9 et broy\u00e9 \u00e0 la finesse souhait\u00e9e. Le ciment, la chaux et le gypse sont stock\u00e9s dans des silos et la poudre d'aluminium est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 de l'eau pour former une boue d'aluminium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Dosage et m\u00e9lange<\/strong>: Les diff\u00e9rentes mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont pes\u00e9es selon des proportions pr\u00e9cises, puis soigneusement m\u00e9lang\u00e9es dans un malaxeur pour former une boue uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Verser<\/strong>: La boue m\u00e9lang\u00e9e est vers\u00e9e dans des moules en acier. Pr\u00e9polym\u00e9risation statique<\/strong>: Les moules contenant la suspension sont transport\u00e9s dans une zone de pr\u00e9-polym\u00e9risation o\u00f9 la suspension durcit progressivement dans des conditions de temp\u00e9rature et d'humidit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9es pour atteindre sa r\u00e9sistance initiale. Ce processus dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. D\u00e9coupage<\/strong>: Apr\u00e8s le durcissement pr\u00e9alable de la suspension, celle-ci est d\u00e9coup\u00e9e \u00e0 la taille et \u00e0 la forme souhait\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'un \u00e9quipement de coupe de haute pr\u00e9cision tel qu'un fil d'acier ou des lames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Polym\u00e9risation en autoclave<\/strong>: Les blocs sont plac\u00e9s dans un autoclave et durcis pendant plusieurs heures \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de 175-200\u00b0C et \u00e0 des pressions de 10-15 bars, ce qui am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance et la durabilit\u00e9 des blocs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Transformation des produits finis<\/strong>: Apr\u00e8s le durcissement en autoclave, les blocs sont retir\u00e9s de l'autoclave et transport\u00e9s vers une zone de stockage.
