Process of 20,000 m3\/year AAC Block Plant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Below is the complete workflow used in small AAC plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1 \u2014 Raw Material Storage & Batching<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cement, lime, gypsum, fly ash\/sand are stored in silos or ground storage and fed into weighing systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2 \u2014 Slurry Mixing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Materials are blended into slurry using a high-efficiency mixer. Aluminum powder is added precisely to ensure correct density and strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3 \u2014 Casting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Slurry is poured into moulds. Rising and foaming occur naturally during pre-curing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4 \u2014 Pre-Curing (2\u20133 hours)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cgreen cake\u201d becomes semi-solid and ready for demoulding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5 \u2014 Demoulding & Tilting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The mould is tilted 90 degrees, and the green body is separated from the mould.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6 \u2014 Cutting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The green cake is cut horizontally and vertically into precise block sizes. Block tolerance is usually \u00b11.5mm to \u00b13mm<\/strong>, depending on the cutting system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7 \u2014 Autoclaving (8\u201312 hours)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Blocks are loaded into autoclaves and cured using saturated steam at 1.2\u20131.4 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This process ensures high compressive strength (3.0\u20134.5 MPa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 8 \u2014 Block Packing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Finished blocks are separated, stacked, and packed for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
