Production Process

The process of AAC block making plant to Russia is customized according to our customerโ€™s needs:

  1. Raw Material Preparation: Cement, sand, and lime are stored in silos and automatically weighed according to preset formulas.
  2. Grinding & Mixing: Lime and sand are ground into fine powder, then mixed with cement, water, and aluminum powder (foaming agent) to form a uniform slurry.
  3. Casting & Pre-curing: Slurry is poured into mold cars and moved to a pre-curing chamber (40-60โ„ƒ) for 3-4 hours to foam and initially solidify.
  4. Demolding & Cutting: Pre-cured blocks are removed from molds and cut into standard or custom sizes.
  5. High-pressure Curing: Blocks are cured in an autoclave with high-pressure steam (1.2-1.5MPa, 180-200โ„ƒ) for 8-10 hours.
  6. Cooling & Stacking: Finished blocks cool on a conveyor and are stacked for storage or shipping.
