Production Process of AAC Block Machinery
- Raw material preparation: This stage involves crushing and grinding raw materials such as cement, lime, fly ash, and gypsum into fine powder. These materials are then stored in separate silos for precise batching.
- Batching and mixing: Accurate quantities of raw materials are weighed and mixed with water to form a homogeneous slurry. Aluminum powder is added to initiate the gas-forming reaction that creates the aerated structure of AAC blocks.
- Casting and rising: The slurry is poured into molds where it undergoes a chemical reaction, expanding to several times its original volume. The mixture sets and hardens into a solid cake with a uniform cellular structure.
